Hi, I’m Dakota, the owner and baker of Blind Spot Cookies.  Based in rural Northern Territory, I create small-batch cookies made ready to order. In each box, there’s quality ingredients, plenty of care, and a genuine love for baking. These things together make the perfect sweet treat.
Each box includes 6–8 delicious cookies, with a range that caters to both traditional and gluten-free options (please note: gluten-free products are not suitable for coeliacs).
Blind Spot Cookies was born from my passion for baking — especially cookies — and my determination to turn that passion into something meaningful. The name “Blind Spot” reflects my own journey living with Optic Nerve Dysplasia and Nystagmus, conditions that significantly impact my vision. While my eyesight may be limited, it has never stopped me from pursuing what I love to do.
My goal is simple: to create delicious, honest cookies that bring people together — one batch at a time.
